I am woman in my 50's and over the years have struggled with my weight and have follow almost all of the trending workouts and trainers, but I have to tell you I have NEVER looked forward to working out like I do with you. You are very caring, considerate informative and you tend to cover the inner and out beauty which is very rare and I absolutely love it. Your video's are wonderfully put together with the two options of beginner and more advanced. The timer is great to help to motivate us to keep pushing on and you talk through the video with amazing encouragement and health information as well as just letting us know you care. I wish you much success and will be spreading the word because you definite stand out from all the rest, and believe me, I have followed all the Hollywood and Entertainer Trainers throughout the year. I don't know how old you are because you look so very young, but if all possible, could you please incorporate more menopausal information as well as facial exercises as we all know our faces are not except to gravity. I LOVE this new format of cardio burning and toning and hope you do more just like this one. Thank you for your sweet caring spirit that comes across in all you put into your video and I hope everyone supports you by purchasing your products to help you with the cost and time and effort you put into producing these free videos. My goal is to lose 50 lbs before June for my sons graduation that I put on after the death of his father. Your videos not only are helping me to get back to a healthy weight and inspiring me to get back to a all round healthy lifestyle, they are helping me out of my depression and for that I thank you from the bottom of my heart. Please do more of these split workouts where theres cardio and strengh combined, the duration is also perfect, I dont really like the short workouts with only 5 minutes or so, but 20 minutes is just perfect!

Love ur workouts 👍🏻 i'm 57 and i can do them 😉 not breaking-bodies but still challenging and effective!!! You have workouts for every necessity and short enough to put them in everyday schedule. TKS
These workouts actually help me gain weight towards my ideal. I'm typically considered "underweight," but keeping up with training helps me build muscle that I otherwise wouldn't have!
Absolutely love this workout, thanks Lucy!! I do this workout twice (just the calorie part) which works out to twenty minutes and then I add either one of your 20 min walking workouts to this one, or another HIIT workout and do the workouts over and over again until they work out to be 20 minutes. In total I work out for roughly 40-45 mins each day with you and I am loving it. You are THE best trainer I have ever come across, and you also have a beautiful nature to go along with it. Well done – you're an inspiration to all of us!! XX

Did this after 2 days of not working out after working out almost everyday for 2 weeks and it was a lot more challenging than I thought it would be considering I was following your vids a lot, but it definitely got me back in the swing of things after a short time of not being motivated enough to workout!

Day 14: love this 2 part workout. Gives the body time to recoup after the cardio. Since I’ve been following Lucy I have been seeing results. Plus these workouts are easy on my joints and I don’t have to deal with excruciating pain. Thanks Lucy ❤️

Just did this workout after not doing it for a while and I love it. So many good moves for the waist and I loved having the arm exercises at the end. I am continuing to go back and do a mix of your workouts from recent one to others that are are a bit older but still great, great workouts. Thanks, Lucy, keep those workouts coming.
