In 2014 I was overweight and it was difficult to play outdoor activities that i love such as soccer. I was sick and tired of being overweight and i decided to make a change and looked up workout videos on youtube. then i stumbled up upon your videos and started getting in shape. i started getting really fit and played soccer at my highschool and made varsity as a freshman. now im headed to milan, italy to play for AC MIlian as a 17 year old. thank you so much for giving me the motivation to do what i do best.

I'm starting tomorrow with my daughter she's 10 and we both need a push on our journey having someone modify your workouts are great thanks much..she going to love using water bottles lol..I hit the gym sometimes and always lost.this channel great for a full-time working mom of 5 kids.☺☺

I've been so busy these past 4-5 months I've only done a few workouts on here as opposed to many other workout videos from other sites, but I am working my way back to these ones and am going to do new ones as well.
