I didn't do this in the morning but I did it just now and yup out of breath! I also did the 8 min arm one from the challenge too. I can really see a difference!! I started always doing the easier version, now I mainly do the hard versions, and I can do jumps!! I could never do jumping before! Thank you for all your help and get well soon 💖💖

Lucy i do ab workouts and after them I'm not soar at all even the next day I'm not soar ever no matter how hard i work. Does that mean I'm not getting results?

I’m trying to lose 35 kilos all together, This is at the advice of my Dr as I am currently obese. I have lost 6 kilos so far but it’s been almost 3 months so it’s been very slow. I’m going to do this every morning but do you think I should do something else as well? I’ve done a few of your 15 min videos but I thought this one might be more helpful for me. I’m definitely feeling puffed this morning but 4 minutes a day considering how much I have to lose doesn’t seem like enough exercise.
