It's a bit small for ya 😅🥶🥶 Would the water lower its temperature by the size of your body? I'd like to see ice in it 😖🥶🥶🥶

I bet your muscles actually feel better. The ice soak takes all of the inflammation out. That is why professional athletes soak in the ice baths.

You should get a bigger bath, all the way to your neck. It’s more efficiënt for shoulders and mobility. I started out in an container, bigger bath is Good upgrade. Now doing it for a month. Used to it. Doesn’t even bother me anymore, it is not even a struggle. -1 or -6 feels the same after a while. Looking forworth to it every day.

I had frostbite a few times as a kid and now have permanent damage to my hands, feet, nose, chin and now have Raynaud's Syndrome and it's really annoying. I moved to Australia to stay warm and I still need socks 24/7. When I stomp my foot in karate the blood drains from my toes and I get corpse feet. I detest the cold! Be careful. Get a fucking sauna! Beautiful sarnie, though.

You have got to get deeper and try to dunk your head under (completely). Keep the hands out and at least get the water up to your neck for the rest of the time in there.

If you dunk your head, it will make it much, much harder and you will get more benefit. It would be advisable to have a spotter 😉
