Love that some of these are quick, so I can still do them and get ready for work, and be on time. Also love that you use props from our homes in place of weights. I have been going to the gym for over 3 yrs, and although I loved going, wasn't seeing the results I had hoped for. So decided to try these for 30 days, but now it looks like I will give it another 2 months, and see what transformation takes place. (Hopefully) 52 going on 53…

I've been looking for exercises too do. Then I found your video's by looking up Exercises for disabled women.
I'm not permanently wheelchair bound, but I do have trouble working due too back surgeries gone wrong.
I'm looking too lose 50 lbs. too help with breathing better. And having more energy.
I have lots of pain at times, but I power through it as much as I can. I have a bum leg. And I'm also trying too diet right. I'm on a low carbohydrate diet. If anyone has any diet regimen's that will help me please tell me.

#done. I haven't been feeling well today but I really wanted to do a workout since I didn't yesterday. So I opted for the low impact version. I am sweaty but I did it. Having the two options is really a plus.

I started this workout challenge late but I'm a bit confused how this is day 16? Can you number each day's challenge so its easy to follow each day like the other challenges please? I know the makeup ones count as a day but I'm struggling to figure out if the longer cardio is included; the first day of this challenge states it is day one and there is a long cardio video before it! Hope I'm not confusing anyone as I''m confusing myself! looool. Any help welcomed please!
