I really like that this workout had music! Please add audible music to all your workouts :). if it's there, I haven't been able to hear it.

I just did your older 10 min quick HIIT yesterday that had the V-ups, plank jacks, and sit up punches. I saved that workout a long time ago and do it when I want more core or just a quick HIIT fill-in. I even saved an old kettlebell core workout and love doing that workout on occasion. Thank you for these Sunday Quick HIIT workouts and especially the core focused ones!
