Was it your choice to put commercials throughout your dance workout so we have to stop the workout and wait for the annoying commercial to end to skip it? Can you possibly create dance workouts without commercials interrupting several times throughout? It really kills the vibe. Especially these traumatic commercials popping in. Thanks and otherwise I love your workouts.

I found your channel through one of your dance party videos (pretty sure it's your most watched video😆) and I decided to give it a try. And I felt like a failure. I couldn't keep up, I was embarrassed, and I stopped the video part way through. But later that week I decided to just check out some of your other videos and try them out; your shorts kept popping up and I really liked your sense of humor and authenticity, so I said, ok let's give this a real try. It's been 7 weeks of spending half an hour with you, 6 days a week (and it took time to get to half an hour! Took me a week to do more than the 10 minute warm up and a 5 minute exercise, but here we are! Now I'm pushing for a consistent 45 min every day 🤗💪). For the first time in my LIFE (I'm 30 btw 😏) I understand why people like working out – it feels good! Your videos and your personality have opened a new door of physical and mental health for me. Today, when I clicked on this video as part of the calendar, I was nervous. And nope, could not do all the moves at your pace – BUT I didn't give up! I kept going and just danced and switched to exercises at a pace I knew I could keep!

I know that may not sound like much for some people, but this is a lifestyle change for me, and one I am so thankful for. Your time, work, and heart matter. Thank you for doing what you do, and I hope this venture gets to surprise you too with joys you never saw coming 💖 thanks

Oh my goodness- that was my first dance party workout and I loved it! Almost skipped today in the challenge because I was so sore from yesterday and thought “oh I probably won’t even break a sweat from this” and boy was I wrong! That was so much fun, can’t wait to do more! 🙂

not a die-hard directioner therefore i don't know any b-sides so this was a bit tricky for me because i had no idea what path the rhythm was going to take lol but i made it through and listened to actually cool music ! 🩹 made me think how cool it'd be to get an old 5sos dance party from you!! if you are a fan of course x
