thank you lucy for this workout! it really helped..a LOT..i did you 7 day challenge lose 2 inches belly fat and after 2 weeks i did lose 2 inches..i also did your 7 min lift and sculpt the butt..and after 1 week it worked!!! and i also did this workout and after 2 months my arms got thinner and i noticed that my arms are toned…thank you lucy!! love ya!!..btw, i also did your 10 min thigh workout and positively it worked!! lol..thank you lucy!!!!

I am in love with your standing workouts! I am doing the standing abs, gluteus and arms on alternative days since a couple of weeks and I start seeing the results! I am so happy because now I can follow through without pausing so my cardio feels also better. I will keep doing them until my waist is a little smaller and without the excess fat on it! Thank you so much, your approach is really the best I found in a long time ✌️😀
Where can I find all the videos for the 4 min, and 5 min and 7 min and 8 min? Would like a variety for all cause some are hard on my knees. Have bad arthritis , do need to be careful with how I feel .
Do really enjoy teaching variety. Wish u made videos for all the different minutes of different body target spots.
I don't understand why certain workouts are for women, and some for men. Feels like, these arm moves are simple, so that they don't build muscles, because, according to this video, women with muscles don't look good.
