This was by far my favorite power hour!! I partook pretty hard with Thanksgiving yesterday, so decided to wait an extra day to do this one when I would have the extra calories to burn and it didn't even feel like 60 mins. Thank you Heather!!

As a fitness instructor (not currently teaching), I love selecting one of your great workouts so I dont have to think about anything, just do it. I often make the mistake about 20%of the way into your workouts thinking “this one is easy and will think I need to tack something on at the end”. Let’s just say that rarely has to happen! 😂. Thank you for these extra challenging one hour workouts, Heather!

This is so amazing, better than going to gym. I was struggling to keep up with the 12 weeks program during the middle of pandemic, but I end up finishing all the workout in 4.5 months. I felt more stronger and synced than before. Just need more motivation to do everyday. A quick question, is your program designed for certain age group? How to tone down the workout in age of 40-50? Thank you so much. You have the best program.
