Doubled up today, awesome workout. 50 secs feel scary but the moves are great so it goes pretty fast. My knee hurts less so that's great too!

I thought I would skip this one and do the cardio pyramid but then I didn’t want to break the sequence and I am so glad….this one kept me on my toes, felt the burn and Amy is so right her workouts have really brought consistency in my life, my next goal is to eat healthy and I’m sure I’ll get there …one day at a time …Thank u Amy ❤

I worked from home and what can happen when I do that? I sit the whole day in front of the computer, no movement at all, the weather was not good either, hence I didn't do my steps, it seemed to be a really bad day. But then I thought that this can't be it.
I clicked on Amy's workout and I can't describe how good I feel now, after doing this workout. I can feel all my muscles. What an incredible workout. And the 30 minutes didn't seem to be that long. Thank so much Amy. You made my day.
