This is also exactly the message I needed today. I have been thinking a lot of negative thoughts about my life problems the last few weeks. This video reminded me again that I need to approach the problems with a growth mindset. Thanks for this!
Mike man this hit hard👊✊️I'm currently going through it. Caught a case and have an ankle bracelet on. Luckily I made one smart move before I got locked up and put all my money into an apartment and got out of the hotel life so I didn't have to start completely over like I have many tomes before. There has been nothing but growth since I've had this ankle monitor on. I'm using it as a tool instead of a ball and chain. It's allowing me to focus on nothing but myself and filling my schedule with positive activities. Mainly training and recovery meetings. I hit food banks to eat, prayer and meditation 4am every day. My relationship with God is giving me all the strength and all my answers. Thank you for all you do. let's get a workout in if you're ever in IN…much love ,ZachT
