I love every challenge a bit more than the last! They are all fantastic, of course. This month's is really amazing and I love how Lucy combines quick HIITs with a specific area to tone. I never get bored! So much fun and doable for any fitness level.

I agree, love that you give 2 versions of the exercises. I get a lot of neck strain from the floor ab work. Busy working mum of 3 so appreciate the short workouts. 👍😘

I Loved this workout! Thank you Lucy! I stopped doing workouts when I went on holiday in July but had every intention of getting back into them afterwards but it was really tough to motivate myself! As a busy mum, it was much easier to just sit on the sofa and watch tv as soon as the children were in bed. But I soon started to notice a difference in my body shape and strength and even though my body isn’t ‘perfect’ I started to feel uncomfortable again in my body. Which is sad because for the first time in probably all my 29 years, I actually felt confident with my shape! I honestly didn’t realise how effective these 4 minute workouts really were and how much they had defined my body and strengthened it! So here I am! I am back, and I just want to let you know how much I appreciate what you do and if I lived closer I would totally hire you as my pt! Thank you, thank you! Xx
