😍#DONE I am really enjoying the cardio and toning combination. I love cardio to wake me up in the morning to get my day started but I realize my muscles need the toning, so this series is doing both. ☺️. I also love the this new upload time, it might not work next week because the US has their time change but I am enjoying it while I can. 😀 Have a wonderful day!

Ah awesome!!! Thank you! I used a ball instead of a stick last challenge. Also, the only part I am struggling with is my thighs and lower belly. I want to get them toned and looking good.
So excited for this challenge, I bought your University student plan Lucy & it was amazing it's really got me into the habit of working out regularly. I usually workout 6 days a week now & on my bad weeks I still get at least 3 workouts in which is amazing for me, previously 3 workouts would have been good for me. I feel so much better from following your workouts so thank you very much! Xx

Really liked these last 2! I had to march in place during the side lunges( from day 1) because for some reason, my knee decided to flake out, but this was great! Been doing your workouts for weeks now and not only did I notice my "waist-hip ratio" went down a few notches, I couldn't help but notice I lost a bit of my squirrel bat arms!

Wauuuw. This was an awesome one. Thanks Lucy!! Didn’t do a workout in 2/2,5 months. It was so weird. I felt super tired but still wanted to do a workout. I didn’t sweat during the HIIT but i sweated a lot during the arm toning moves. That’s strange right ?? I wanted to do another one but my body tells me it’s ok for now. Not so fit so maybe tomorrow another one. I’m strict for myself but have to listen to my body
