Well at that size I don’t know if the “gut” can completely go away. Pretty much every Olympia competitor has one I think some just control it better than others. This is the off-season after a surgery and after he had been dieting down really hard for the show so the bf% will jump up quiet drastically. He is still lean but definitely a lot less so the gut would stick out worse and he probably can’t contract it very long because the abdominal muscles are weak. When he diets down I do believe you’ll see a noticeable difference seeing as it does seem a little less even in the off-season after a surgery and the bellow button is fixed.

I had the same surgery and it took me a long time to fully recover here it looks like it's still inflamed and he probably shouldn't be training at all right now or at least at the time of this guest posing something tells me he's been hearing about
His gut for awhile now so it wouldn't surprise me if he really focused on it and came in next time super tight.

The gut is fat folks. It's visceral fat that pushes his abs forward. If he diets down enough, he'll lose it.
This is normal with steroids and other exogenous hormones. On these drugs the body favors visceral fat over subcutaneous fat. Many bodybuilders don't like to lose all of their visceral fat before a competition because they'll lose more muscle if they diet it away.

I think it looks better. He's obviously holding a ton of water and I'm sure carb loading. I think he'll have it under control come game day.

Y'all can believe this or not but I personally know yeshe could of died , but it's cuz he addition to a small hernia surgery he aslo had explotory abdominal surgery cuz he bassically really had the same thing that Brock lesnat hadn't heard but Phil is such a champ all the pain he's been feeling for a minute now that he zoned out on the Olympia and waited to have the surgeries and if he had waited any longer he could had died the real reason for he said it was just a hernia the Dr told Phil that removing the amount off intestines and colon they had to was probably going to help distending he had but it's was under a foot total that they took. So his gut is scared now and they are telling him to wait as long as he can and maybe the scar tissue is making it. I keep asking myself and him is it worth his life that he's risking his life every day cuz of all the shit he puts in his body is not natural he's doing so many different things year round that he doesn't realize that he's killing him self fir a title for attention period. I hope this gets back to Phil cuz it's the only so called sport that pays their athletes to do synthetic drugs no better than any other drug. Phil ur addicted to the lifestyle and money and ur family is going to utimately be most affected is u don't stop now I'm begging that people stop promoting this fucked up pagent is killing so many we going to see these guys dropping off younger. Idc it y'all believe this or not but it all fact.we love u phill and pray for u
