I dont know if it has been mentioned but Scott had a freak accident in the ring where he damaged his trachea in 2007. There were also some complications so they had to do surgery thru his chest to get him to breathe. I think thats why he's had that issue.

If it's one of those things that can't be fixed or even something made worse by trying to fix it with pec exercises, I would have him opt out of any and all pec specific training and have pec-implants put in. If he doesn't care about how his chest looks however, then more power to him.
