@123boxersam Brother while I've done some Olympic work with Bulgarian lifters. I feel that unless you've been doing Olympic lifts for 10+ years professionally (like a professional athlete), you have NO BUSINESS teaching it. So I rather not as I'm not a professional Olympic lifter!

@Mangobed717 Thanks brother, this incorporates the PRINCIPLES of what I do, but not the actual routine. Truth be told, I could have done things WAYYY better. My update in november will explain what went down, thanks for the support!

Best way for big better legs train ass to grass squats full rang of motion is always the best better resulats more power and in the long run lift weavier then normal squats. Also try and do a super set of a bodyweat whatever kind of squat, pistol squat, body weight squat. To funish of the workout the best squat for power and full on kick ass quads sissy squats. Youll be crying like a little girl but ooo dam your gona have some mother bleeping quads seriously no fing joke do it
