Seated Neutral Grip Row 3 sets 8-10 Reps Rest 75 sec
Emphasizes: Mid-Back

45 Degree Bent-Over Row 2 sets 8-10 Reps Rest 75 sec
Emphasizes: Lats

Parallel Bent-Over Row 2 sets 8-10 Reps Rest 75 sec
Emphasizes: Back Thickness

One-Arm Elbow Out Row 3 sets 8/side Rest 75 sec

You don't have to lift too heavy…instead work on correct form and muscle engagement.

Wow. Amazing clip. My buddy was once fat. He improved himself from 290lbs of pure fat into 209 lbs of real lean muscle mass. I found myself flabbergasted. I just joined personally because I wanna beef up. He made use of the Muscle Building Bible (Google it)…

If you have been trying to bulk up, you should do a Google search "Ripped X Beast". That might help you get the body you deserve.
