Blessed Beloved Beauties! Meditate 🧘🏾♀️ Day – 7 is right on time to curve the anxiety. There are multiple deadlines that have to be met today. I coupled this practice with alternate nostril breathing and ujjayi breathing. Now I feel calm. Time for a run. 🏃🏿♀️ Best wishes everyone! Hotep! 🦋❤❤🦋
