Hello Lucy thank you so much for the 5 min workout series. I feel so much stronger after doing your workouts. My problem in losing weight is about nutrition. I have no problem doing the workouts but it is not easy eat healthy. Could you please share more on nutrition. Or perhaps what I eat in a day to lose weight.
Also may I know why do we need to slightly bend our knees in most of your workouts?

Excellent 5 minute workouts. We all have at least 5 minutes to squeeze in here and there, and before you know it you've worked out your whole body!
I don't know if these are outside your area of expertise, but since you asked about ideas for other 5 minute workouts, I thought of a few that would be great additions:
-Pelvic floor toning
-Facial toning
-Total body stretch
-Chest/shoulders/neck area toning and firming
-Guided meditation/relaxation/breathwork

I don’t usually use weights as sometimes I have elbow joint pain but people keep telling me to get rid of back fat you need to use weights! I’m so confused 😐 can you advise please 🙏

I do a couple of your 5 minute routines and then walk a few miles. It's just nice to do a quick toning exercise a couple times a week when I don't have time for the longer ones I like to do. I'm really enjoying these!👍❤
