Lucy, I absolutely loved this video. I'm a qualified life coach, law of attraction practitioner… so I'm super into self-help, motivation, etc but not really into exercise. I work most of the day sat down using the laptop and really need to add more activity to my day. The fact that you're constantly talking in such a positive way keeps me super engaged and motivated. I was totally rubbish at remembering the moves so will definitely be doing this on a regular basis. Thank you so much. I've finally found something I really enjoy.

That was fun. I got them before you showed them … but I made some connections … oneney (one knee), three climb a tree, four my elbow pointed in the air looks like a four (use your imagination), two was harder so I just had to remember two squat, and five again I just had to remember the move. But I got them all!!

Thanks Lucy, this is great!! I remembered the exercises in general, but there was always an aspect of the arms or so that I did differently before the reveal, so this is a fabulous way to work on the quality of movement!

Love this combo of movements with random call out. Kinda like contra or square dancing! Staves off boredom and predictability.
