Absolutely Loooooved this workout!!! I love Tabata and I love no repeat. I imagine these are a little more challenging to programs to write; but I would love to see more/longer versions of this!!! Really loved the non-stop nature and the constant changing of moves. Thanks, Amy!!!

So fun!! I never do no cardio wo normally because I am a runner and feel I don't need it. But I am happy to step back of running a little this month and do the no repeat challenge, I discover new type of wo and love it!

I enjoyed the workout! I did not feel like working out today but I showed up and this workout didn’t even give me a second to think about not wanting to do it. It kept moving and was over before I knew it.
