This was my absolute favorite workout this month! For someone who didn’t play sports growing up, it was fun to imagine myself playing the sport the exercise was focusing on! So creative and such a great workout!

Hi Amy OMG! This was such a Fun workout. I Loved all the circuits but my favorites are volleyball and basketball 🏀 but should do a workout with just basketball 🏀 it’s would be fun. ALSO u look good in Kai s jersey!

I'm not very sporty but I enjoy watching gymnastics and figure skating.
This was a great workout. It really got me moving and sweating. I did the overtime quick feet but had to modify the burpee. It really got my heart rate up and felt so good. I'm locking forward to Monday for "No repeat November!!"
Absolutely love this Athlete Party athletic drills workout!!! I have 2 favorite sports, basketball 🏀 and tennis 🎾 and the drills were fantastic for these sports and all the sports!! This month's Athletic Challenge is #1 for me, a definite winner!!! Thank you Amy, for bringing this awesome challenge to us!!! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐💯🤩!!!!!
That was such a creative and fun workout! My favorite circuit was basketball because I used to play when I was a kid. Had lots of fun imagining myself sinking the game winning shot at the buzzer. I did the quick feet and burpees for the overtime. Loved the challenge and am looking forward to No Repeat November 😊🏋️♥️
That was fun! Volleyball is my favorite, but I played basketball from elementary all the way through my sophomore year in college. I was thinking you might add some suicides, but I’m glad you didn’t:) I turn 40 tomorrow, and that makes college feel so long ago.

That was so much fun. I liked the basketball set the most in this class. My adventures were plie handoff, white water rafting, Heisman (I did with 3lb weights cuz my legs are slow) and chop. Again, so, so much fun

What a way to end our challenge! This was absolutely the most fun yet. Basketball was my favorite. Loved everything about this workout! So good! 😘🤩
This was not my favourite. I found the moves confusing and just ended up translating them into something I was comfortable with. I didn't love the choose your own adventure part either, but I think that is primarily because I wasn't a huge fan of any of the exercises so repeating them seemed unpleasant. I appreciated the compound parts. I may just not have had the resources to deal with this today. The idea is fun and it seems like most others really enjoyed it.
I loved this! Creative and fun and SO functional and effective.
Enjoyed the basketball circuit the most – you should definitely do the full workout around this – we'd love it.
