Hello ma'am. I am experiencing lower back pain due to which Dr suggest me do not do workouts which involve back. I do the different 5 minutes plus a 10 minute session and I have my daily 30 minutes thank you Lucy for your various exercises I feel very good. I also wanted to tell you that I sometimes try to do the exercises of other sports coaches but each time I come back to you, you are the best

Good way to spend 5 mins. 🙂 I am disappointed in myself for needing to hold onto something in order to do most of these. I'm 68 and balance and core strength has been wearing away. Perhaps a 5 min specific core/balance workout would be good for strengthening us back up. Thanks Lucy!
