2:38 making a girl lift heavy like this will do nothing but ruin her joint's and cartilage. Squatting with bad form is so bad… if u have to wrap your knees… the whole exercise is too much for your body…. make $$$$$$$$$$$$ & make it healthy Mike 🙂

Old girl leans in too far forward on the decline, she should sit deeper or drop her @ss down lower so her shoulders don't almost come close to parallel with her hips.. shes strong though!!
