I can't lift my arms up to drink water XD
With the hammer curls, shouldn’t u go down a little more than halfway instead of all the way down? Stopping more than halfway keeps tension, going all the way down gives the muscles a break….

I have always thought that dieting is eating only green vegetables and drinking water. Agoge Diet proved me wrong. I am eating delicious and nutritionally rich food and still reaching my fitness goals.

this workout is incredible! i've been doing it 4-5 times a week for the past month and let me tell you, the gains are here, the fat that i have on my arms is mostly gone! who knew you could get lean with only a pair of dumbells

I started with 13.5 pound dumbbells and ended up with 9 pound dumbbells 🙈😹 Man that was tough!!
Love this! I was laughing right along with Claudia – too funny!! I appreciate how she chimes in about form. Keeping up with Coaches pace and my form can be off a little. Claudia reminds me to real it back in and focus. Wonderful bicep workout. A new favorite! Thank you!!!
