Omgg Lucy this was one of the hardest in over a year….. I swear. I'm always doing a mix of beginner and the rigt one. But this time I only did the beginner one. Still mega sweating in my neck and on my forehead. Wow. My heart was BEATING and I was sweating but feels great now I'm sitting for 3 minutes lol. I do it to empty my head and to feel better because sometimes I feel overworked. I don't really workout to lose weight or stuff.
But thank you so much. This one was INTENSE. Maybe it's because of me but I found it really hard hahahaha
