Vince wanted to put drama in bodybuilding like pro wrestling, nowaday bodybuilding have more drama than pro wrestling
I had a Joe Weider weight bench as a kid!
Not the first time that he took a L. Remember the XFL? He tried to take down NFL and failed miserably. He’s trying to make XFL another comeback 😂
Dude Vinny MAC is a fuckin savage
I would much rather see the drug tested olympia. Natural is not disappointing. What we see today is disappointing
You read Wikipedia so well.
Super interesting!
I met Jim Quinn in person at some point in time and he is the biggest thing I've ever seen I met Ron Coleman to but I can't really remember who is bigger because a thought Romney was like 6' something but he definitely fit that 6X shirt Jim Quinn I saw his head above the aisles so I think hes taller and use just mammoth I think I saw him in like 94 I remember Jim Quinn have an ad in the paper where hes coming out of a spaceship hes holding his helmet to the side and there's a female with him as she was also famous and he showed me that Advertisement
It was't the power of the IFBB it was MacMahon's approach to competing with it. Over the top theatrics does not mix with Bodybuilding fans simply because bodybuilding is a very particular and somewhat scientific competition; attention to detail, symmetry, conditioning, mass, and so on. Wrestling is 99% theatrics and appeals mostly to kids and teenagers than adults. In short, MacMahon did not understand his target audience.
NOW the Vince showing up offering contracts in the comments on all these videos REALLY makes sense and it's that much more hilarious XD
I love your channel content Nick! Every video I have watched always contains historical content! Keep up the great Research and work!
Vince is just NOT & Never has been Or WILL be any respectable bodybuilder! Fukin loser who made it b/c of his father & canifen lawyers! Filthy Cocker:(
IFBB destroyed bodybuilding and fitness with drugs and gear and synthol.
Weider = LGBT hero
I kinda like the alter ego characters. Shit had me laughing. Kai Green would have loved the WBF.
As long as there is unregulated use of PEDs in the IFBB, then it will never be taken seriously by the majority of all sports fans.
Who do you think engineered the steroid accusations against Vince? The Weiders. I talked to several wbf/ifbb pros who said this suspicion is a no brainer. Ben especially had a lot of clout and a lot of political inroads. The Weiders did nothing else except coerce and shortchange competitors and rivals up to the point that Arnold actually counted the olympia prize money on stage to make sure he didnt get short changed by Joe. The IFBB is an evil empire that holds bodybuilding back. Drugs rule the place.
joe weider FATHER OF BODYBUILDING .💪👑🙏
How POWERFULL the ibf has become?? 😆😆 compared to wrestling nobody watched Mr Olympia…a bunch of roiders posing😆😆 that don't even do shit
What kind of vain freak would want to be a bodybuilder for a living?
don't compair that cocksucker with joe weider.
nick has the voice of an uncle, one that didn’t try molest u tho ygm
Vince McMahon takes lots of steroids 💉💊 and Joe Wieder takes a little bit of steroids 💉💊
Funny – I had no idea there was a WBF. Vince has swung and missed a few times – like football
Seems that Vince should have made better research regarding what his members could und should do. Like the 50 appearances per year and the stupid idea of giving characters like in wrestling. If he would have refrained from that he maybe would have been more successfull.
Joe Weider vs Arthur Jones
