FFS people, muscle soreness is NOT about 'the buildup of waste product in your muscle tissue' – it's due to DAMAGE – good damage – most desireable damage = micro tearing of the fibres.
'Waste Product' like lactic acid are gone in minutes.
Not sore after (24 – 48 hours after) a workout? Then you simply didn't break new ground – ALMOST everything you did was within your previous capacity and THEREFORE no adaption needed = no growth

Sorry Omar but you are wrong. Soreness or DOMS, (delayed onset muscle soreness) is from micro tears in the muscle. not waste build up or lactic acid or any of that bullshit.

Soreness does not have anything to do with muscle growth. It comes from Lactic Acid Fermentation, which is when your body is trying to produce ATP without the use of oxygen. After awhile, it will build up causing the burning sensation.

Honestly whenever you train and don’t get sore I still don’t see growth in me and whenever I train and do get sore it either me not training for two weeks like I recently did dude to an injury, personally I don’t think soreness isn’t a stimulus for growth I think eating an increase in calories and making sure you eat n sleep a lot wil get you there man
