I really liked the September challenge..whaaaaa no October? I was feeling a bit spoiled. Really a great way to stay on track and so joyful. Thank you so much Lucy. By the way..What are Santanas? When I google it all I get is a Mexican restaurant or information about the band! LOL Yes Yes…a November challenge would be great. I especially like the time table of your workouts. I can fit them in to my life!

This is super simple! Slight variation on the egg, banana and bluberry pancake I made the other day – yum! Going to make this for the family tomorrow and looking forward to your cookbook – easy healthy recipes are just what I need! Also the Sept challenge was fab – thanks! Looking forward to November's! Never before been this motivated about keeing fit, strong and healthy so thanks Lucy! 🙂

Could you do more recipes like this that do not have wheat , soy , sesame seed and nuts.
I have a lot of allergies that can kill me and this is the first one that I was able to do because I'm not allergic to anything in it and I would like to see more stuff like this in the videos I absolutely adore them.
Can you please make separate playlist for the monthly challenges that you put up – i can see January and may. Having a playlist helps bigtime.

Hi Lucy. Recently discovered you and definitely part of the Lucy squad! Would love some recipes for those of us following a low carb or keto way of eating. Keep up the excellent job that you are doing. I really appreciate that you cater for menopausal women like myself and even those with disabilities. I try and sneak in little tidbits at work!
