I like this guy. He gives honest advice.
But I just want to say, you should only count your macros if you're a professional or competitive bodybuilder, but if you're just one those fitness enthusiasts who partakes in bodybuilding and lifting weights like most fitness channel hosts like Omar Isuf etc. then there's no need to count proteins, carbs and fats. It's too obsessive. Just make sure you're eating enough food to build muscle and make sure youre getting enough protein. The carbs and fats will sort themselves out.

I believe in fasting. You can cure all illnesses by fasting and just by fasting but even in 16 Hours of fasting I loose muscles collagen and connective tissue very fast. fasting ages me
So can the work-out be within the 8-hour window? Or does it have to be within the 16-hour fast period?

Thanks for those videos. I have an important question that hopefully someone can answer. I am slim fat and have a bmi of 19,6 (underweight), and startet intermittent fasting (16-8, for 2 days now) and doing low carb. I try to eat 2600 calories per day. Should I do fasting? Should I do low carb? My goal is to get on weight (currently 30+ of age, 184cm, 67kg) and get rid of my belly fat. I try to get my calories from fat and protein. What advice do you have? PS: I am working out every day (at least 1 hour), HIIT+various weight training excercises till exhaustion (dumbells). I try to drink protein shakes + eat oatmeal + bananas before and after training (which are recommended by everyone). But that means I am no longer in low carb. I am confused.
Not a word on what to actually eat, which is my biggest issue. Im a hard gainer skinny guy who probably needs at least 3000 calories and would like to know how to eat that in two meals with a small stomach…lol!

Omar. I am 170lbs 5 foot 10 inches. Trying to put on size. But I am putting on alot of body fat. So I'll try this. I'll do 12 hours at first then work my way up to 16 hours. Should I still have a shake after my workouts?

I do 47-1, I lift after I hit 16hrs fasted and continue until right before I break my fast which is every 48hrs. It’s working great.

Guys, losing weight does not need to be difficult (I used to think it did). I'll give you some advice right now. Search a diet plan known as Custokebon Secrets. Seriously, that course has changed my life. I probably shouldn't even be mentioning it because I do not want a bunch of other folks out there running the same "game" but whatever, I'm in a great mood today so I will share the wealth haha.
