BRO you just saved my nuts from years of punishment. I have been doing the shrugs for a while now and fucking up my form trying not to hit my sack or just sucking it up and hitting my sack and then crying about it on the inside. FUCK!!! My balls and my traps thank you.

Do you train legs much? Silly I know but I noticed your legs and calves aren't as developed as your upper body. I notice this alot with guys at the gym. Is it genetic?Reason I'm asking is that I seem to build muscle easy in my legs and calves not so much in my chest or upper body.

Uh bro trust me, my best part of my body is my legs, particularly my glutes. My ass gets pinched/complimented by ladies on a relatively frequent basis. So something is right. You can't tell leg size through baggie shorts. HOWEVER my calves are small…and I have no interest in increasing their size. Calves are not athletic IMO and overrated.

Lol i bet they do! haha Yeah that's true. I've lost 35kgs since i was 17, im 32 now and years of yo yo dieting have left me skinny fat with loose skin and little muscle tone but your videos are so inspiring I've started a new weight training routine/ eating program using your advice- I can already see changes just after a week! I'm so glad I stumbled across your channel! You're the best!! 🙂

Hi, I see you've recommended keeping a neutral or slightly arched back. But in the video, especially the split screen portion, it looks as though your back is definitely rounded. Is there something I'm missing? Could you explain this to me. I'm trying to get a better deadlift and want to be clear on this point.

Hey Omar have you ever tired pulling against bands or chains like they do at west side barbell. It is great to add accommodating resistance to your speed work. It helped me improve a lot of my lifts after plateaued. I can't wait to see how strong you can get Omar. Peace
