creatine works for endurance athletes when a small dose of 2 to 3 grams is taken.
I took 5 grams a day for a week had bad gas and stomach cramps then bumped it up to 8-10 grams a day and no effect bruh….. I'll do that for another week then take it back down to 5grams a day for the rest of time of taking it. You must drink a lot of water and also eat well or you will get stomach cramps no matter what…. Best of taking it around lunch time unless you have a big breakfast then take it in a big water bottle on your way to work so you don't forget every morning… With a banana too 😛
