I REALLY liked that work out! As always, the back to basics feel like an old friend for me. A couple times I had to go back to them a little later in the circuit, but then jumped right back in. Thank you for always letting us know we are getting a great workout even when we have to modify. So thankful for you and all you do to provide these great workouts!

Whoa!! This was a challenge but worth it and a lot of fun! The first 16min circuit almost killed me….but they got easier! I loved the new moves and breaking up the circuits with swings. Thanks again Amy!

Okay–I like every workout. But I REALLY REALLY loved this one. It just felt RIGHT. Worked the different muscle groups I need to work, loved each exercise, loved the challenge to go further with endurance and the added mobility. All your workouts are good and solid. This one's a favorite. Lots of "likes" so I see there's widespread agreement. I'm checking in at like # 680.
Can I use dumbbells instead of a kettle bell?
