I was doing really well until the side planks, those always finish me off :D. Need to remember to take a small break next time. I was basically just trying to catch my breath from them for the rest of the practice lol. Some creative moves here, which is always fun!

I’ve learned so much doing your practices Adriene, especially the little mindful messages you include throughout. When you said “Go head and make adjustments and know that you can make adjustments throughout the practice” I found myself thinking that same principle can translate into life, taking the time for this practice means so much to me and is so important, Thank you! I’m always learning even when I repeat a video

I stopped doing daily yoga 3 months ago and I think not doing yoga really did a number on my mental health 😅 I got awful burnout, sleep deprivation and winter blues! This is my 1st practice after all that, (currently on sick leave cuz of the health problems) and even though I'm not really proud of how this practice went for me, I'm glad if I can keep up with the daily yoga again!! This was very hard on my wrists and core, not doing any exercise for months really shows.. 😕 But I look forward to gaining both my physical and mental strength back! (I finished the video and did my best even thru the struggle, that must amount to smth right😭🦋🌺🌸🍑🌷)

What do I love about Yoga with Adriene:
1) Her nurturing voice and messages
2) Her wisdom
3) Her modest outfits- Help me with my body image issues
4) Her natural beauty
I tried to go to other yoga teachers but I could never find anyone like her. Thank you Adriene. Much love to you 💓
