I certainly agree but here's something I'd like to address: the back double bicep pose. In a lot of videos I see about a gut on major competitors there's always a shot of the back double bicep. When you're pulling this pose off, if you blow your stomach out, it tightens your back up and the body naturally sinks a bit lower to tighten the hamstrings up. While a noticeable gut will stick out more durring it, it's a part of the pose that helps nail the shot for the judges
IMO the moment any BB comes out with a obvious gut he should be get excluded from the top 10. The way those openBB guys ignore the no1 importance of an aestetic physic (wich is proportion) they should be heaviely punished. Doesnt matter how sharp you look or how big ur chest or anything else is. We should get rid of guts and the drugs/diet that cause it completly and the only way those tards will understand it is with a severe point disadvantage

That gut was awful. We now know it most probably has to do with the combination of growth hormones with the use of insuline to lean down.

The problem with Dexter, is that he's competed with a tight, on point, midsection for years, comes into shows dialed in, then doesn't win, because judges say he didn't bring anything 'new' to the table, despite often being the best overall physique on stage, show after show. I think now he's trying to get a couple of more big wins to finish out his career, and feels that if he doesn't do something stupid to get bigger, he won't get those wins. Thus, in my opinion, the gut.
Much respect for big Dex but I think his age is really showing.using too much hgh but it wasn’t that bad,but obvious

I totally agree Nick, Dexter was in great condition other than the gut and he can definitely fix that. That's not right to slam a bodybuilder for a one time flaw. Dexter is a great bodybuilder and I think that everyone should acknowledge that.
Dexter Jackson does not train his abs, It is one reason why he has that gut.
