I want to ask is this wrkout have to do only in morning or we can do in evening as well.
One tim a day or two times????

This just popped up! I loved the Web looks and will add it to my workout tomorrow. I have been exercising now for 80 days and love it. I have been using the walking at home video. I think I need to add or change my routine and after doing the same one for 80 days. I have lost 37 pounds and 28 inches since eating healthier and exercising. I feel wonderful! Thank you Lucy.

I found your channel a long time ago from the saccone jolys and loved your content but I had a gym membership at the time so I just watched. A few weeks ago after my membership came to term I decided to not renew it and just follow your workouts at home and save myself a lot of money, my family said that I will not be motivated to exercise from my room but I proved them wrong cause I made a playlist of my favourite videos from your channel and just do them every day (I get rest days of course) I haven't lost my motivation thanks to you and I'm really glad I made this decision. Thank you so much and keep this wonderfull content coming <3

Lucy, I loved this! Did it today. Yesterday I did a hike with my friend. I'm September we did this hike the first time. I had to take at least 10 breaks. The hike is only 1 mile total. It's up all steps and down boulders. I wanted to see how my fitness has improved. Yesterday we got to the top in less than 15 minutes. I didn't have to stop at all and I was able to hold a full conversation the entire time without getting out of breath. We made it through the whole hike in under 30 minutes. Last time it took at least an hour. Without your workouts, I wouldn't be able to do this. Thank you so much. I am so excited to do more hikes now. And btw, I went to buy new clothes today for my birthday. I've gone down another pant size. I've gone down 2 total. This was my goal for my birthday, which is this Thursday. I didn't think this was possible. Thank you Lucy! I can't wait to see what's next. Ps: my mom and aunt are now joining Lucy squad because they want to be fit and healthy too. Thank you for continuing to inspire. Without my progress through your workouts, they wouldn't know to try and that it's possible. ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️🏃‍♀️🏃‍♀️🏃‍♀️🏃‍♀️

I've been doing the 7 minute chalenges in the evening and would like to do this morning workout too. I have just one question. Seeing it's a morning workout, what can I eat before the workout? I know I can't do the workout on an empty stomach, and if I have my breakfast I have to wait 1 hour before I can start the workout, right? What do you sugest I eat before the workout.

I really love this one. Doubled it to a 8 min workout. It worked me good!! I’m feeling stronger & fitter every day. Today is 424 days of #StayingFit. Lost so far over 60 pounds. I’m about 125 or less from 188 lbs. Right now more so working on toning up & getting rid of loose fat. Hi everyone. I have a question. Can this workout be done every day? I m following 7 day challenge workouts más I have already lost several inches. I m 53 I m from Argentina. With only one week of doing it I changed my Jean Size 30 to 28. Thanks Lucy. Your routines are amazing and you re an angel
