What is the song that plays at the very end? It's awesome!
Great video. Adding the sumo dead lift into my posterior chain workout today. This helps.
when I go really heavy my quads get really tired. So my failure is reached when my quads are tired not my core or hamstring.
what am I doing wrong?
nice video every since i been useing this techique i gain up to 405 2 times so far at 160 body weight and changing my shoes
dude awesome. thank you
seems to me that sumo is harder not easier than conventional….hip flexibility etc.
shouldnt hips be higher>????
great ! thank you <3
This hurts my wrists. I naturally have really narrow and small wrists.
My grip is letting me down, I could do more weight but the bar just starts slipping out of my hands.
Thanks for the tutorial Omar, it has been really helpful to me. Keep up the good work bro.
I love you man.
Guys I'm 16. Been deadlifting for 4 months. I'm 6'6 and in the process of losing weight. Being a big guy I LOVE deadlifts. With really poor deadlift form I can do 160kg. My form is bad though. With good form my max is 90 kg.
To get to the point my problem is that I can't sit back. I literally don't know how to. Every time I try to sit back I lose balance. My back is straight and everything but I can sit back! HELP PLEASE!!!
Basically, what he forgot to mention was just really pay attention to what your body is telling you. If conventional DL isn't really working then try Sumo. I had issues with conventional always putting a lot of strain on my lower back due to my longer legs and shorter torso but kept pushing through it. Decided to try Sumo and my back spoke to me loud and clear and now it's all legs and butt. Proper form in everything I do but not all stances will work for everyone so I encourage that you try everything to see what works best for you.
I really don't like u
… i thougt the neck/head is in a line with the spine …
Lmao this is funny and informational. Good video.
"My feet are slightly wider than shoulder width…" It looks like they are at least double shoulder width. Great video!

Why is it that I feel a feeling on the back on my left knee when coming up? Any suggestions?
