Training arms everyday isn't bad for you, unless you aren't feeding your muscles right. Need Protein AND BCAA's. Remember you're tearing your muscles, so muscles in your arms are going to be by nature more fragile. Keep hydrated and make sure to get in your protein and BCAA's.
