just wanted to say thank you brother for you have motivated me to workout harder I was 400lbs and depressed couldn't play with my kids but because of you and your family CT I'm now 316lbs and still grinding even started my own channel maybe I could motivate someone else also anyway God bless you and your family and Merry Christmas

Training arms everyday isn't bad for you, unless you aren't feeding your muscles right. Need Protein AND BCAA's. Remember you're tearing your muscles, so muscles in your arms are going to be by nature more fragile. Keep hydrated and make sure to get in your protein and BCAA's.
