squats were good but not speed. actually, your safety bar squats were faster! u have to really crush the weights & explode through, which require little weight. good work though, it will definitely help make u a stronger squatter!

I suck at high bar squatting too (compared to low bar). And have the same problem as you, being posterior dominant. Especially in the lower body. ;O

I hate mirrors in front of me when I squat, they're distracting and when you're trying to look at yourself during a squat your head positions changes. I tend to look up, which isn't good!

tried high bar a while back, found i was a lot stronger so thought id stick with it. Got some serious tuck under and like leaning forward. Got some old school shoes with a slight heel, form is now perfect hahahaha im just too cheap to buy real olympic shoes

Well no he doesn't hate machines. He just thinks that they are not nearly as effective as free weights. For some exercises cables and various machines can be very effective.
Why do you say you aren't built for high bar squats man? My leverages look similar to yours, I only do them. My glutes, hams, quads, are all big and balanced (I also include snatch grip deads in my training).
Also these aren't really "speed" sets per se, but considering you said you are new to the depth you aren't truly utilizing the bounce yet.
Have you experienced "MAD Ripped Muscle?" (Google it) It is a quick way to bulk up fast.
