Mr. Chef Buff, i'm currently doing a split that focuses on D-lift, Bench, B-over row, squat and over head press. i have a day dedicated to each movement and of course i do accessory exercises for the designated "Big" compound movement of the day. As of right now im focusing on strength/power rep&set ranges on the big movements. my question is; if i want to switch off between strength& Hypertrophy how many weeks should i dedicate to each method to "get the most of it".hope it made sense thank you

Read some studies online about how the reason why dancers and ballet dancers got those massive calf muscles is because they stand on the ball of their foot so often. Im currently doing 100 body raises, if thats even what its called, with my calves every day for 30 days to see if it'll add any mass.
