Omar, how much time do you take to rest between these powerlifting sets? When I take a day for strength training I think I don't rest enough. Could you give me a bench mark to work with?

Hey Omar if you could answer this for me when you gotta a chance id appreciate a lot other then standing over head press which i do is there other big compound movements using just a barbell for shoulder i know their a small muscle but just curious thanks.

How many times a week do you train shoulders?? in a week?
Do you think its a good idea to put a Bench press set into a shoulder workout (in the start) to get to do bench more often, I dont have a lot of time to workout (school) and want to maximise my bench !

Why does my lower back tweak out when I do these? I have pretty good thoracic mobility, I don't understand..
