So I decided to try Lucy's workout like arm fat burner , belly 7 min workout then thigh fat burner,arm toning workout and in last her quick fat melting thigh workout.
It's my day 1 .. I'll do all 5 workout in a continuous way for approximately 1 hour.
Let's hope it works for me.i really want this to work bcoz I'm going to marry in 4 months.hope for best

Here day 2-
Stomach area pain like hell but I'll have to be strict.
Nothing much to notice yet but I can feel the stiffness in my legs area.hope it's a good sign. Let's see

Hi Lucy I loose so far 3 inches in 10 day .
I do different videos from you I try this one for the first time yesterday but the third exercise I couldn't do it.
I have little ortoartritis in my right knee.
Can you please do a video low impact for the thighs.
