Absolutely Fantastic! These Anatomy videos are one of a kind. NO one has done them this way and I follow quiet a few workout guys and gal!

Iv watched a lot of your videos, and your truly passionate in helping people train the right way, with no BS.

Just had the urge to show my appreciation, keep it up Omar, I recommend you to a lot of people and family here in the U.K. Even if its just on nutrition, and getting healthy doesn't mean getting stacked by lifting weights, but also, not solely focusing on the pointless cardio machines.

I have personally increased my strength by starting off with compound movements like stronglifts and lost over 9 KG of BF and still going.
Currently standing at 65KG 5ft 4" and went from 40KG – 100KG squat 3×15 and 50KG – 130KG deadlifts over the last 5 months, while doing "isolation work" in block periodization between phases of compound lifting.

YOU Omar Isuf are a true inspiration. Peace!

excellent for pointing you on the right exercises to hit specific areas of your whole back….You may look or feel weird performing some of the more obscure rarely seen exercises, but don't worry about it… You'll progress in You r development quicker than other people. 😀. Do your own work out, not what others think you should do.👌👍

Some of the info is far from solid imho, but then again this is an older video…how much have you learned in those years? enough to do a remake of this video?

Hey Omar , why don’t you make some videos about workout variations for chest , back, legs.
Which will be very useful for push, pull, legs
