Mike, keep your chin up when you squat. Keep your eyes on a point towards the ceiling. Doing so keeps your back flat and straighter. Try it – Enough with this looking down or straight ahead – Old school!

Been following this man and his channel and what brought me in was the work ethic on top off the fact that he's African (Black). Yet throughout the history of this channel all I've seen is female athletes and bodybuilder that are white being promoted yet I promote this channel to my own people and they say the same. I just like to see my own face in the bodybuilding world. There's many African females out there doing just the same even greater but no exposure. Same things change and something never do.
