Ok! So I am well near the end of my 3rd week doing this. I am obese and have a pear-shaped body, I have been doing this workout alongwith other of Lucy's workouts. Changes I felt;
1. Increased flexibility
2. Increased stamina when I walk, I used to get tired a lot
3. I can definitely see the real shape of my legs but as I am obese with massive thighs it will take longer-but I think according to my body type I think I am seeing the change
4. When I walk I feel I can put my legs together (closer than when I started)
So yeah! I think this works well. Will keep doing it as long as I can along with Lucy's other workouts.
When can be the perfect time for doing this?
I am on day 3 and I am already feeling so much better!!! thankyouthankyouthankyou!!!!

Hi! This exercises are amazing. I am doing this with a diet and 2 times a day, I am already in day 3 and my legs are already getting the shape I was wanting. I will update at the end of the 7 days!

Ive been doing this for 7 days and more. It definitely works. My legs look slimmer and better than before. Ive done this workout before and I always come back to this workout whenever I feel my legs need slimming again.
Currently trying to lose 13 centimeters on my thighs, I'll update yall in a week
