What do you think of psyching up? Sometimes I walk up to a heavy squat and… I could see how someone would think I'm "afraid" but I get myself in a mindset that it's light weight and I can do it and sort of am ready to feel that weight and I think it helps.

THis is soo true, i find when i feel down and like a loser, i get no where in the gym, but when im happy and positive im seeing visual results and results on the scale. A good mind=good body and vice versa guys.

I'm kinda okay with my gym, just 10 bucks per month (I'm a cheap skate and I can live with that). But now I'm bigger and stronger (than before), I don't really care about the noise I make.
