what determines when you put on a weight lifting belt?
great stuff man. I just have a question, before a heavy lifting session I'm mentally pumped and explosive but after the session I have mental fatigue and feel dizzy. Why does this happen?
its your breathing, your basically hyperventilating yourself "pumping yourself up" before you lift and when you do a heavy lift you do the holding breath and exhale slowly as you push or pull right? after that your heart is pumping blood and all that other shit is happening in your body while you try to catch up and intake enough oxygen to supply your blood and shit. thats the rough version of what ive come to understand.
Damn nice attempt… I always like to give a good pull or 2 once I have my arms strapped to the bar while still kneeling. Buddy gives me shit over it, but I can pull harder and am more mentally prepared to pull after doing it.
only use it for max attempts, or really heavy working sets over 90% 1rm. focus on improving youre core strength and lift without the belt when it is possible, that way you become a super strong raw badass brother
they're joking, i think they're pretty good friends. /watch?v=r3x_LLTROTA
