Guys. I did four seven minute videos for four days and I lost two pounds. But I lost track on the fifth day and afterwards. So consistency is key. If I lost two pounds just like that, imagine what would have happened if I had continued?

My mom has osteoporosis and osteoarthritis. I've read that weight training is important in reducing the risk of developing these medical issues. Would your workouts be sufficient or do I need to add weights?
