Hi Lucy, I know this is probably difficult to answer but how much weight loss would you expect roughly for a week/month? In kg? I am 5.5 height and 65.5kg at the moment xx
My biggest issues are forgetting to eat and drink water. I have four kids. So time gets away from me. And not getting to bed early enough. These things make all the other things harder.

I’ve had terrible skin recently. I eat well and drink lots but I have been more peckish recently…. As soon as you mentioned sleep it all clicked… I normally go to bed around 10pm but recently it’s been more like 11.30pm 😱 my boys wake me up at 5am so I’m not getting much sleep at all, so now I’m sure that’s one of the reasons for my spots and increased hunger, So I’m now off to bed! Thank you Lucy! Xx

Hi Lucy! I am starting to follow your 7 minute challenges (Arm toning and belly fat) Maybe I'll do the others too everyday depends how long I can go, hopefully a year! Can I ask if I could have a rest day after doing the challenge after 7 days straight? If so, is one rest day fine? Also if I will have one, is there any alternative low-impact exercises or just morning streth routines that I could do for that rest day? Thank you! You're such an inspiration and a great motivator! Portion sizes to me are ridiculous. “Just eat on a smaller plate,” that’s bullshit. I’m still going to be hungry and will most likely reach for something unhealthy later. I usually eat bigger meals and eat less times in the day. That way, I’m not hungry and I won’t reach for unhealthy foods. But with that being said, I do love your workouts!

Lucy I am from India🇮🇳 I am following your workouts from just 1 week back, I am already feeling little difference, here my question is if I start doing intermittent fasting with your workouts can I loose weight fastly. Now my weight is 75 and height is 5.4 my target is 55 within 2 months..please tell me what to do.
Hi can I ask? So i eat chicken and meat with rice (and some vegies and fruit) everyday. Can i lose weight when i eat those foods everyday but only a little amount of it?
