what shud u do if u feel like your dehydrated? like lips feels drie and so. but you are drinking enough water. i drink atleast 1 galon a day. shud i increase sodium?

The problem with Omega-3's supplementation is that men with higher levels of them have a much greater incidence of prostate cancer. Bummer, but true. Look it up

yo Omar! i just switched to a chicken/broccoli/brown rice diet. for the last 5 days now, ive experienced that sudden "weight loss". I've read that its my glycogen storage thats being burnt up with the excess water. im wondering how this will effect my workout in the next few day. i havent experienced any noticeable drain in my routine, but will i somewhere in week 2 from the loss of glycogen storage? currently 354lbs 5'11 i weight train w/moderate cardio 3 times a week
